-Editing and publication of content on the website as directed by the Digital Content Manager -Daily monitoring and reporting of social media activity -Contribute to the development and delivery of social media strategies -Growth of social media networks and audiences -Development of relationships with social media “influencers” -Photo editing of images from our projects using specialist software
-Retouch all e-commerce Imagery -Color correct images for precise product matching -Utilize masking, selections, adjustment layers, custom curves, channels and Layer masks -Work well within a team environment Demonstrate highest quality skills in recognizing color, understanding retouching language. -Using automated workflow system -Ensure all tasks are delivered on time -Ability to work efficiently and producing a high turnover of images -Ability to work to tight deadlines and with pressure
-Interpreting the client's business needs and developing a concept to suit their purpose; -Thinking creatively to produce new ideas and concepts; -Using innovation to redefine a design brief within the constraints of cost and time;(ex: for P&G's in-store material such as pallet wraps, free standing displays, pop up displays, shelf signs, posters, etc) -Presenting finalised ideas and concepts to clients or account managers; -Working with a wide range of media, including photography and computer-aided design (CAD); -Contributing ideas and design artwork to the overall brief;
-Responsible for implementing in-store promotions with various brands such as Blend a Med, Pantene, Scandia, Bonux, Danone etc -Delegating tasks -Monitoring the team’s performance -Assisting the team by performing the tasks with them -Helping with training and development -Completing paperwork (yes, there’s always admin to do) -Handling complaints (from both staff and customers) -Helping to hire new staff -Reporting to senior management / personnel when required.
-Discover and recruit aspiring, potential models -Create a portfolio for the aspiring models -Promote models to the clients by putting forward the models that have the appropriate age, sex, look and talent that would match with what the client is seeking for. -present the model's head shot and/or a modeling card or portfolio to the client. After the client has made a choice, then arrange an open call. - coordinate the details of the project, such as wardrobe or any other preparation that might be needed before turning up to a shoot.
