    (Awarded Vice Chancellor’s Scholarship) Completed 70,000 words of my debut fiction novel. To do this, I committed to weekly meetings with my supervisor, discussed original ideas, editing, and redrafting. Another project involved literary research, where I presented an Arts Council proposal illuminating the public value of the arts using handouts and PowerPoint.
    BA (Hons) Creative Writing & English Literature (1st Class Honours)
     - Salford, United Kingdom
    Favoured modules: Cinema and Psychoanalysis and Literature Adaptation to Screen. Storyboarded novel extracts; delved into psychological workings of character and dialogue; learned how to create effective subtext; participated in writer’s workshops; demonstrated clear rationales for decision-making and the ability to logically critique and analyse my own and other writer’s compositions. Wrote a sitcom and began constructing my novel.
