In this position I managed a team of three. We were responsible for the creation and quality-control of all B2B and B2C content across twelve brands including blogs, press releases, email, SMS and social media assets. I personally managed content timelines and tentpoles from inception to execution.
• Deliverability & content optimisation - re-design of email templates across all brands, improving click-through rates by an average of 3%
• Web content management – implementation and maintenance of site ‘Slingo Originals’ with further continuous creation of blogs, newsletters and press releases at an international level
• Analysis & testing – A/B testing of email deliverability and extensive post-mortem analysis
• Social media management - implementation of social media strategy with the aide of Hootsuite, increasing Facebook page reach by a monthly average of 46%
• SEO – optimisation of acquisition content for SEO and AdWords to coincide with PPC campaigns
• Brand creation & supervision – organisation of branding exercises to ascertain an appropriate ‘image’ and tone of voice; ensuring content is on-brand, on-time and en pointe
