Let me start by telling you a fun fact about me: I was born in Belgium, grew up in Brazil, lived two years in Singapore and now I am based in London.
I love traveling and learning about the world. I am a storyteller at heart, which makes me favor jobs where I am allowed to be creative and dynamic.
Traditionally I have worked as a journalist (my field of study at uni) and in communication. These past few years, I have helped bring culture change and digital transformation to a Belgian chemical company.
I’m currently working as a Publishing and Events Manager, Magazine Managing Editor & E-book editor at a Property Club.
I’m open to new opportunities where I’ll be able to focus more on creating, editing and publishing creative content :)

Qandor is a property club whose main mission is to promote meaningful connections in the real estate and property development industry.
As a Publishing and Events Manager, my main tasks are organising networking events, workshops and masterclasses, among others, and managing Qandor's social media channels, newsletters and blog, occasionally writing articles when needed.
Since January 2020, I have also been responsible for the editorial management of Qandor Property Magazine (which I also created), a professional milestone and great source of pride for me. I manage our growing list of collaborators, edit and proofread the content, work on the layouts and manage the ads.
In February 2021, we published our first e-book, which I also managed in the same way as the magazine - plus taking care of all the steps to publish it on Amazon.

-Management of projects related to innovation and new technologies (artificial intelligence, virtual reality, internet of things, plus involvement with blockchain, e-commerce and automation projects);
-Responsible for culture change projects in Asia, including regular ideation and Design Thinking sessions, a 3-days conference focused on digital transformation at our office in Seoul (South Korea), and other events related to spreading the digital thinking culture. I was also the person in charge of launching our Reverse Mentoring program in Asia, which now comprises of about 100 pairings worldwide;
-Internal communications: responsible for feeding articles to the Singaporean intranet for about eight months;
-Speaker at events and conferences focused on the digital transformation;
-Part of our local committee for employee engagement activities, organizing company events such as Chinese New Year celebrations, Wellness workshops and Christmas Party.
