Press - Overseeing the annual budgets for the department - Running the organisation of the London fashion week show, including production, optioning and booking hair, make-up, set and casting directors, arranging sponsorship, seating plans and invitations - Managing of all photo shoots – lookbook and e-commerce – sourcing the venue, photographer, make-up and hair artists and models - Working with our Sales department and international wholesalers to plan trunk shows and other events - Overseeing of all VIP dressing - Overseeing of all sample requests - Press days - Overseeing and assisting all preparation for overseas trips, photo shoots and interviews - Liaising daily with the international PR agencies - Taking and organising re-sees with our key international editors during market, in Paris Marketing - Competition analysis - Marketing reports - Social media and content management, including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter and Google+ - Putting together and circulating relevant marketing materials to our store, and wholesale partners each season - Helping organize and drive brand and partner events at our retail store Studio - Studio Management - Managing and recruiting all PR and Marketing Interns - Head of archives - Sample sale organization and management
Assisting the studio as a General Intern, where I helped a range of departments including Product Development, Production and Sales. In the lead up to their Spring Summer 2011 show, I was selected to work with their production company Dizon Inc.
Working alongside the Managing Director and Global Marketing Manager. Handling all press requests, liaising directly with their press office and assisting on company events.
Assisting the Production Manager and the Commercial Director, ahead of the Autumn Winter 2010 show. I liaised with manufacturers and mills on a daily basis, and put together the packs to be sent to them. In weeks leading up to the show, I was asked to work on the show invitations and seating plan – which I over saw and helped with on the day.
I split my time between the Prorsum womenswear Design and their Creative Services team. I was asked to research from their archives, I also assisted on a lookbook shoot and their first ‘Art of the Trench’ video shot in London.
Working in the BFC HQ, assisting the International Relations Officer with press packs in the lead up to the Autumn Winter 2009 London Fashion Week. Following that, I worked throughout the week in the photographer’s lounge on site.
