    As a Head of Product, I owned the product vision, roadmap execution, supervised our product and design teams and ensured we maintain a strong product culture during the times of rapid growth. In this role, I: - Evolved the initial white-label mobile app product into a robust B2B2C SaaS platform that covers all the aspects of a clubs' business: from members acquisition to their engagement, retention and up-sell; and makes the fitness floor truly connected. Currently the platform spans across various touchpoints, such as mobile, web, wearables, fitness machines, and integrates with hundreds of 3rd party apps and devices. - Successfully launched the Premium product line that helps health clubs increase their revenue by attracting new leads and converting them into memberships, driving referrals, increasing loyalty and reducing churn. This addition to the platform was one of the primary recurring revenue and growth drivers in 2016-2017. - Introduced the Lite product that allowed to offer white-label health club app to SMB customers, staying in compliance with the new App Store / Google Play guidelines and reducing implementation costs. - Led a massive technical re-architecture project that made the core features more scalable, enabled the launch of Premium Analytics and Partner API products. - Managed the R&D and new products development in strategic partnerships with Apple (custom-branded Apple Watch app), Les Mills (world's best online workouts for gym members through club's branded apps) and others. - Improved the backlog and requirements management process helping multiple distributed engineering teams deliver the right features and reducing their time-to-market. - Managed the internationalisation and localisation to extend product coverage to 42 countries / 27 languages.
