As a facilitator of somatic movement, choreographer, and matriarchal researcher, I create dedicated experiential spaces within organizations, communities, and one-on-one settings to help people connect more deeply with themselves. My facilitation focuses on diverse groups and individuals, specializing in overcoming burnout, disconnection, and stress through somatic practices. I emphasize skill-building techniques, mobility, and awareness, aiming to foster empathy, care, and inspire change in how we understand and relate to ourselves and work with others. With 15 years of experience in facilitation and the arts, my projects have been presented internationally and have won awards and I have collaborated with organizations such as the Wellcome Collection, Pushkin House, Independent Dance, Goldsmiths University, TripSpace, Christies Auction House and more.
