- Degree ShowThe Project is an exploration of veiled camp iconography mixed with a fetish for the clean and brightly lit object. I explore ideas surrounding cleanliness through the works surface and finish. Can and what dirty subtexts lie beneath a clean surface? The overcompensation of cleanliness as a mask for our more filthy desires. I’m investigating how ceramic as a repellent surface relates to bodily functions and fluids; blood, sperm, saliva & urine, all sexually loaded, can easily be wiped clean
