    CORE RESPONSIBILITIES ● Liaison: Key relationship manager for galleries and artists during special projects and events. Galleries include Gagosian, Hauser and Wirth, and Luhring Augustine. Artists include Katherine Benrnhardt, Rashid Johnson, Taryn Simon, Lawrence Weiner, and Christopher Wool. ● Individual Giving: Developed annual giving plan, targeted goals, calendar of events, and communication efforts. Oversaw year-end campaign, segmentation of donors, message design, and execution of delivery and follow up. Individual giving was 29% of annual budget with a 23% growth from 2015-2017. ● Communications: Communicated directly with all supporters including top stakeholders and Board of Directors via individual correspondence, social media, mass marketing, and organization collateral. Attended monthly strategic meetings with Board Chair. ● Special Events and Projects: Identified unique and strategic partnership opportunities for individual donors and prospects; Solicit sponsorship and in-kind donations. Events include Annual Art Auction, artist dinners, limited edition prints launches, Annual Kidsfest, and shopping parties. Events were 28% of annual budget. ● Fundraising: Created system for proactively maintaining/growing relationships. Tracked relationships in Salesforce and eTapestry. Ran weekly reports to improve program quality. ● Manager of the Junior Board: Managed and coordinated Junior Board of 25 young professionals in annual programming, both fundraising and volunteering.
