- Boom Town DSTRKT 5 Project name : DSTRKT5 @ Boomtown Fair Client : Boomtown Years : 2014 – on going Project brief : Create an in-world theatrical narrative for main dance music area at festival for 60k attendees. Our response : Theatre Directors of DSTRKT5 area of the festival comprised of over 10 music / interactive venues Extensive pre-production and on site production management with festival, venues, performers and crews. Devise, write, direct and manage 150 themed character led actors & performers. Design, build and stage manage 3 x immersive venues, 9 x balcony locations, various walkabout interactions, and dedicated fire performance area. Custom design of immersive 360 and a VR game experience as part of the festival wide theatrical narrative.
