    This role involved: - Creating engaging content to be used across all VRC digital and advertising channels. - Driving the VRC Melbourne Cup Carnival content plan including social media, working to generate sales and meet targets. - Responsible for creating, improving and maintaining brand-led content across Victoria Racing Club member and wider emails, all social platforms, and print. Ensuring consistency of content and comminication of key messages. - Working with the Senior Marketing Manager and Head of Customer Engagement to schedule content, focussing on key monthly messages and KPI’s. - Managing and planning cross-platform campaigns and video content from beginning to end including briefing, sourcing talent, photographers, styling, H&MU, budget allocation and agreements. Putting together cohesive call-sheets and time-lines, attending to manage on day. - Working with Digital Agencies and Production Companies to create dynamic and engaging video content. Scheduling this in to the overall content plan with the aim of appealing to new segments and customer bases. - Enhancing the Flemington brand by generating a consistent tone of voice, acting as the brand guardian across social, EDM’s, digital and print mediums. Editing and proof-reading across all areas of the business. - Account Management of media relationships with titles such as Elle, Men’s Style and Cosmopolitan Australia, working to amplify the VRC’s key campaign messages in both the print and digital media space through native content collaborations, advertising and social media.

    This role involved: - Responsible for developing, coordinating and implementing Wittner marketing efforts, with specific focus on digital, aimed at building the brand and driving company sales. - Responsible for managing the overall Marketing Calendar, assessing and changing this as required based on sales, promotions, new product and campaigns. Managing Wittner’s digital and in-store content budget including blogger gifting, sponsored social posts, campaign photo-shoots and video generation. - Concept ideation of all seasonal marketing campaigns as well as weekly sales-driven trading campaigns. Managing large-scale cross-platform campaigns and video content from beginning to end. Putting together cohesive call-sheets and time-lines, attending shoots to manage on day. - Responsible for the copy-writing of all marketing and digital material including EDM’s, social media, campaign lines and language and other digital assets. Ensuring all content is on-brand, with the appropriate tone of voice for the company and its brand proposition. - Managing and driving the Wittner Social Media and Content Strategy. Spearheading test and learn opportunities. - Managing Wittner Digital Media Plan & Budget including Social Media and Search Advertising. Harnessing a best practice and optimised content strategy to prompt lead generation, follower growth and drive traffic to Wittner’s retail touch-points. - Reporting and extracting campaign and promotional insights weekly, taking learnings for future initiatives and sharing these with Wittner stakeholders. Using analytics to inform the overall social media and digital content strategy and integrating this with the general marketing calendar. - Managing and working with external PR company to push key campaigns, styles, brand messages and promotions with the aim of generating sales and market growth. - Managing Wittner marketing interns and assistants (up to 3 individuals per week).
