Currently my operations role is to delegate tasks and remediate inefficiencies, manage department goals, maintain contact with all employees through monthly 1-2-1s and present a report of improvements and proposed changes to the CEO.
I manage all major projects within each department. Current projects include a merge of support resources between our Australian and London offices, customer migration between products which aligns with Development launch dates, Roadmaps and Sprint Plans for our Product, Design and Development Teams and defining a high-level procedural and structural guideline for the company to adopt in the anticipation of major growth.
Other tasks include managing cash flow, financial forecasting, communicating company updates to all employees and prioritising resources for all departments.
