Leading on the social media content calendar and marketing campaigns for BBC iPlayer. Working on growing BBC iPlayer's social accounts according to the overall business strategy. Proactively and reactively sourcing and creating content that people are highly likely to engage with and share. Creating paid media strategies and working with a paid media agency to ensure that objectives, such as increased likes and value for money is achieved. For instance, my Christmas campaign saw a 500% increase in daily likes which demonstrates my effectiveness.
