✨My name is Gemma and I am a 20 y/on aspiring artist from Belfast, Northern Ireland. I am passionate about the Arts and am hungry to work in this sector while learning everything I can about the industry.
✨I have a drive to create and I am looking for a job where my creativity can thrive. I am a painter and illustrator, specifically in the medium of acrylic.
✨I have a outgoing and friendly personality and can easily adapt to my surroundings. I am focused, dedicated and organised in all my tasks.

During lockdown 1 when I was unemployed, I decided to begin my dream and started my own small business. I started with creating paintings for my friends and family, and through word of mouth, have grown the business. I currently sell original paintings and tote bags on my Etsy and have already had my work displayed in a local gallery.

I served customers on the till and handled money, provided returns and exchanges, removed security tags, and tidied and organised the merchandise. I was responsible for the up-keep of features (items that are promoted on display to the customers) and this allowed my skill of colour matching and my passion for creativity and fashion to flourish. I also undertook maintenance work e.g. wax the rails, return quarantine items to their rails and tidy etc.
