About me
Like most final year music students, I have a constant drive for excellence and expressing myself as well as devotion to the betterment of others. But over the last two years of my degree my specialisations transition from merely following to directly leading, given my experience of composing for short movies for MTN studios, and sound designing for Amazon Prime.

At Durham, I demonstrated independent thought and developed rigorous study habits of subjects initially unfamiliar to me at the start of my degree. I discounted irrelevancies in quotes and data, and maintained focus in achieving the positive crux of my argument. However, gaining a degree was not the only success I achieved while at Durham. Throughout my time at university, I partook in a vast plethora of extracurricular societies and endeavours. In my final academic year, I was: president of Collingwood College Music Society (CCMS), Musical Director of Durham University Gospel Choir (in which time we placed second at the Undergraduate Gospel Choir of the Year competition), and secretary for the Durham Original Music Alumni Network (DOMAN). Holding these three executive positions, along with continuing my degree work, shows clearly my excellent time management skills, and ability to work under exponential pressure. These three elements only scratch the surface of my extra curricular activities. Concurrent with these activities, I have musically directed three independent productions, became a founding member of footnotes a cappella group, was employed by my colleges toastie bar (a position which I kept for two years), became a tour guide for my college, and was involved with Collingwood College athletic football club for the entirety of my degree. My commitment to not only college life but the arts as well, has led me to being a keynote speaker at a college event in London, and an invited guest to the Lincoln Centre in New York (where I acted as an ambassador for the university to secure arts-related collaborations). Finally, I was a main consultant for Collingwood‘s new state of the art recording studio, which (as of May 2020) planning permission was just approved for.
