My creative coaching philosophy embraces the person-centred approach. This approach is grounded in the belief that each individual possesses a distinct combination of values, experiences, and aspirations that make them unique.
I tailor my coaching sessions to suit your needs. You have the freedom to select the communication method that works best for you. Through interactive activities such as writing, poetry, music and drawing, we can delve into your ideas from fresh and imaginative angles.
I create a safe and non-judgmental space where you can express yourself openly, knowing that your perspective is valued and respected.
Most of my coaching is done online, but we can also “walk and talk” or meet in a public or private space if that suits you.
I’ve worn many hats from running a social enterprise, founding a media production company and exploring the start-up world with an impossible venture.
I am neurodiverse and have an insightful understanding of how to navigate the feelings of overwhelm neurodiversity can foster.
