My current job role is of operations administrator, contributing to an effective team. Delivering customer excellence, ensuring appropriate response to customer information of promotions, membership packages and any other enquires. Supporting and maintaining a high standard of receptionists and administrative duties, such as; actively using social media to promote and engage with customers, undertake cashier duties including direct debit payment and debt collection. Other duties include; key holder responsibilities, carrying out general administrative tasks, such as, inputting data, filing, and providing statistics and reports of customer sales and marketing targets.
