I had been previously working as a producer and director on other shows for Fremantle in Singapore and after receiving a pay rise, was moved to AGT. My duties included being a story producer, casting producer (during development before the show was green lit - also during casting itself). I also directed shoots connected to brand relationships during the production cycle. I worked as a story producer during the Open Auditions building stories around the contestants and later during the live finals shows.
