Report directly to Red Bull’s CEO regarding The CUT, a new priority UK & US-based music format launched in key markets in 2019/2020. The format pairs unsigned singer-songwriters with emerging producers in a competition to write and produce a new song in 12 hours. Winners receive a publishing deal and studio time with Red Bull Songs. Oversee 60+ production team and contestants. • Balanced corporate and stakeholder complexity across all levels to deliver comprehensive production oversight, from conception to on-air, including commercial format production, international roll-out setup, and format bible creation. • Tasked to devise a global distribution plan requiring the addition of a complete 360° social media strategy as well as a music release initiative supporting the format with single releases coinciding with the format release across key DSPs, Apple, Spotify, YouTube and Soundcloud.

The key focus being our major formats Got Talent (currently the #1 format in the world) & The X Factor (#4 format in the world). Got Talent has now been produced in over 70 markets, aired in over 186 & holds the Guinness World Record for the Most Successful Reality TV format. The X Factor has now been sold to over 56 market and has aired in 168 & was the winner of the 2015 Broadcast Award for Best International Programme Sales. Other formats being managed internationally include The Investigator, Keep It In The Family, La Banda, Beat The Brain, Red or Black, Food Glorious Food as well as a slate of upcoming new shows.
