Building on the skillset I developed whilst working within the Insurance industry I have recently commenced a career in Recruitment. With a demonstrable history in delivering consultative services I'm skilled in sales, negotiation, client relationship building and customer service/experience. I am a graduate in Sports Studies attained from the University of Hertfordshire. I am currently working in the capacity of Recruitment Consultant at Clinical Sessions.     A-Plan Insurance is the number 1 independent broker in the UK dealing with all aspects of insurance from personal lines to commercial policies. A-Plan Aylesbury is the specialist in horseboxes dealing with all quote for the UK working with insurers such as Highway, Equity Red Star, Zenith Markerstudy and KGM. My role involves taking control of the renewals for the branch making sure the contact to the clients is efficient and correct for all members of staff in branch making sure all go by the guidelines of the FCA and PRA to remain compliant. A typical day with this responsibility is to divide the renewal calls for the day between the staff making them aware of speicific situations and how to approach the clients depending on the nature of the call, catching up with the staff to make sure the calls are completed, use a call recording system to rate randomly selected calls to then provide feedback and finally store all documents and feedback given to the clients. As well as working in the renewals department, I also deal with new business quotations as well taking clients through the fact finding process catering to each specific case and making sure all terms are met, liaising with insurers for quotations and then passing the final quotation onto the client. As per the renewals side of business, making sure we run in the rules of the FCA and PRA.
