• Work with the Head of Project Management: Covermounts to maintain and update the 2017 ROI grid for each covermount. • Maintain and update the 2017 smart sheets that track the workflow for each covermount. • Enter the costs onto PPMS for each of the Hub’s covermounts. • Set up monthly or bi-monthly meetings with the relevant brand team stakeholders to review and agree activity and share learnings to optimise future decision-making • Record action points and drive through implementation. • Provide a monthly management ROI summary. • Investigate and recommend ways to improve the Hub’s covermount ROI role; for example to improve ROI, the covermount process time, costs, information sharing and other. • Collate the 2017 covermount learnings to input into shaping the 2018 covermount plan. • Maintain the accuracy of the brand teams listed on the master covermount contact list
