Office Manager and Executive Assistant
• Line manager to Senior Receptionist with over arching management of the Reception and Housekeeping teams.
• Coordination of the Admin Team, consisting of ten Personal Assistants, representing the team to Senior Management, HR and the company.
• Responsible for Office Management budget, accountable for savings or overspend made.
• Project Management of office move, set up of all new systems, protocols and processes within the new offices, resolving teething issues quickly and effectively.
• Management of key company contracts, incl. Travel, Taxi and Stationary ensuring value for money and retendering.
• Accountable for the smooth running of the office with 150 staff over five sites.
Executive Assistant to Chief Development Officer (CDO)
• Extensive diary management of a complex diary
• Correspondence on CDO’s behalf and complete inbox management
• Detailed presentation preparation in Keynote and PowerPoint
• Intricate international travel coordination and planning with multiply destinations, visas and detailed itineraries.
• Monthly Management Report, collating departmental updates, editing and proof reading for circulation to Shareholders.
• Personal support including but not limited to: coordination of home relocation including international shipping, insurances, tax etc. creatively solving unexpected urgent incidents during personal travel, management of daily personal admin such as parking permits, car tax, council tax, travel, social engagements, booking tickets and restaurants and entrusted with the care of houses and animals whilst out of the country.
• Chairperson of the company social committee with a budget of fifteen thousand pounds a year, coordinating a team to design and plan events and the management of weekly sporting initiatives.

• Comprehensive support to three Heads of Development, support similar to the responsibilities listed above.
