About me
Georgia Lee is an eclectic dj and producer, event manager and music coach from Rome.
Her musical influences vary from new wave and synth pop, to techno and disco.
She loves “messing around” with different genres and styles, whenever entering a dj booth.
Georgia has established herself in Rome’s underground party scene by holding residencies at Circolo Degli Artisti and AMIGDALA taking place at Goa Club , Rialto and Ex Dogana.
Ellen Allien, Anja Schneider, Vitalic Official, JESSE ROSE (OFFICIAL PAGE), Peaches, Regis, Lory D, Luciano Lamanna, Kobosil are just few of the well known artists that she shared decks with.
She is also the mastermind behind the #TELASUONIAMO project, a free dj/producer workshop, focused on women interested in a professional dj career, supported by important anti-violence organizations like Di.Re., Contro La Violenza and Public Institution (Dipartimento per le pari opportunità e Regione Lazio).
She is also the founder of Filtro LAB dj school, a joint venture with the Contemporary Cluster art gallery.
From 2004 to 2014, Georgia was the lead vocalist and synth player for -ELETTRONOIR-,an italian new wave band that received important awards for independent movies soundtrack composition like FATTI CORSARI, winner of The 30th edition of TORINO FILM FESTIVAL.
She was on stage for Earth Day Italy with other big artists last month.
Georgia worked also in marketing and Sales for global companies like L’Orèal, Vodafone and Philip Morris Italy, so she has a several marketing and communication background.
