Responsibilities: Diary management, reporting, CRM data management, creating paperwork, problem-solving, query answering, being fluent in 100s of different client’s onboarding and paperwork needs, candidate care, creating and designing introduction packs, data entry, supplier and client relationships, candidate relationships, doing audits, administration, onboarding candidates, learning national and international polices, actioning AWR requests, being a Loxo specialism, receptionist cover duties, providing references, editing CVs, actioning placement or authoriser placements, and handling sensitive and confidential information
Improving processes and efficiencies, and company culture: I made suggestions that were implemented to improve Green Park's sustainability, improve a process that ensured consultants knew deadlines for a framework's roles, created spreadsheets to ensure strong project organisation, creating internal onboarding checklists for various clients, helped organise the Green Park summer 2022 company party, contributed significantly to the team training manual for future Green Park operations executives including international compliance, suggested and implemented an inclusive aspect to the onboarding candidate meetings, learnt USA policies and created an onboarding process for USA citizens, and made the candidate post-onboarding care call agendas
