My responsibility was to project manage all of the projects on my account. This required strong organisational and communication skills. I would put together realistic timelines and budgets for projects. Once singed off I would then book in the correct amount of resourcing, brief in the creatives and quality check the output throughout before sending it over to the client. I was involved in updating the client on the status of each project, pitching new ideas and building a strong, trusting relationship. I was heavily involved in tracking finances, raising POs and submitting invoices. I project managed the #Scream4IVF campaign for Fertility Network UK. This involved co-ordinating a shoot without any supervision, putting together content calendars for social media posts and developing an effective digital strategy. We managed to reach our target of 100,000 signatures and raise a debate in parliament.
