  • Self-publishing my book, 'When the Tomatoes Are Ready'
Self-publishing my book, 'When the Tomatoes Are Ready'When the Tomatoes are Ready is my self-published short story and cookbook that shares the tale of how my Nonni (Italian grandparents) fell in love and migrated to Melbourne in 1950. This book was entirely written and edited by myself, and I worked closely with my designer, James Fox Rogers, across all design elements. It was a huge success, and is available within galleries, bookstores, delis and gift shops across Australia. https://whenthetomatoesareready.com/ https://thedesignfiles.net/news
  • Business Executive at Bauer Media
Business Executive at Bauer MediaAs Business Executive at Bauer Media, my role was to support my team while helping create and execute advertising partnerships with some of Australia’s largest companies. Working alongside multiple media companies, I pitched engaging campaigns that would last months, and at times, all year long. I particularly enjoyed working on Rolling Stone Magazine, Gourmet Traveller Magazine, and Harpers Bazaar Magazine, although these are just some of the over 80 titles within the Bauer Media portfolio.

Digital Editor at Halliday MagazineHardie Grant

I am responsible for producing SEO-focused articles as well as managing all online content. I use a variety of SEO systems to understand the current thoughts and needs of wine lovers. I then produce two articles per week, using a variety of online journalistic skills, to feed these thoughts. It’s always rewarding when admiring the number of views my articles gather. I also hard code these pages to the website, create campaigns for the team, interview winemakers, and write and edit a number of additional articles for the company. https://www.winecompanion.com.au/resources/a-guide-to-the-australian-wine-vintage-2019 https://www.winecompanion.com.au/resources/varietals/italian-whites https://www.winecompanion.com.au/articles/news/wine-etiquette-questions-youve-been-too- afraid-to-ask

Beat Eats is Beat Magazine’s standalone food publication that’s published quarterly. I was responsible for managing and producing the content that ran throughout the title, as well as selling the advertising, directing shoots, and ensuring the website was excelling in between — I was always proud of these quirky magazines. When I wasn’t working on Beat Eats, I was selling advertising and editing Beat Magazine weekly. I also wrote a weekly food column, and interviewed many musical artists and talents. https://issuu.com/furstmedia/docs/beateats_online https://www.beat.com.au/uncover-melbournes-best-hidden-food-gems/ https://www.beat.com.au/growing-older-learning-from-a-younger-you-and-staying-true-to- brian-jonestown-massacre/ https://www.beat.com.au/gilles-peterson-is-paying-it-forward/
