Responsibilities:
• Interacting with and serving NATO staff and their children partaking in summer camps (aged 3-14). This required communicating in English, French and Spanish so as to overcome communication barriers with the clientele; I was complimented on my excellent interpersonal skills by both clients and management.
• Preparation and management of banquets, predominantly for diplomats and veterans.
• Preparation and maintenance of the restaurant in anticipation of, during and following service. This included dressing tables, folding napkins and returning crockery to the kitchen in a pressured environment over extended periods of time.

• Customer service, this entailed engaging with customers by providing assistance, advice and sourcing products.
• Responsibility for the cleanliness and tidiness of the premise.
