Since 2015, I have worked in the events team at Benchmark, currently as a Senior Event Manager where I have led on international events which have predominantly focussed on using the power of sport to create positive social change. I have led on numerous aspects of event management for the companies within Benchmark, working across the globe. In this time, my portfolio has grown rapidly. I have helped deliver VIP dinners, workshops, forums, organised talks, client events and award shows, all with the same aim of bringing communities together through empowerment. I have developed specific creative event plans, secured venue and suppliers, itinerary management, budget management, delegate management and general event logistics. I have developed a strong skillset including excellent communication and organisational skills, a high level of attention to detail and the ability to work calmly under pressure in a fast paced environment.
