My role involved shadowing a production assistant helping to update the call sheets, making phone calls to arrange a recce, learning how to edit videos for YouTube, testing cameras to see if they are faulty. In addition, I helped set up camera equipment for a location shoot and organising refreshments for participants.
This role involves covering a number of sites for any absences across the city and central London, * Announcing guest arrivals to their host * Sorting through post and distributing it to colleagues * Arranging couriers and travel arrangements * Booking meeting rooms and catering * Answering phone calls, transferring them to the relevant person and dealing with cold callers * Writing daily reports Receptions covered include: Westworks, Mediaworks, Aviva St Helens, Cadogan Estates, Cardinal Place, Wilmington Plc, FRP Advisory and Waypoint. Skills Gained: Booking meeting rooms, managing the switchboard and communication.
