-Helping with the start up of the Flat Space Art, combining classic artist representation together with brand building, marketing and promotion. -Promotion of selected artists work -Liaising with artists and potential buyers -Head of PR (calling press and media, and social media (setting up facebook, twitter, instagram, pintrest, tumblr pages) -Organising pop up exhibitions (ranging from venue hire, shipping, guest lists, opening night) -Administration, collating information on artists and artwork (artist biographies, catalogues, artwork summaries etc)
-Ensuring all of the guests needs are catered for during their stay at our chalet -Management of household -In house ordering and administration -Silver service; drinks, canapés & three-course meals daily -Daily clean of the chalet including a weekly deep clean
-Talking with clients and suppliers over the phone -Checking and organising deliveries, shipments, post, invoices etc. -Organising meetings, travel arrangements and note taking -Organising couriers, sending samples -Greeting clients who visit the studio -Aiding in the completion of projects including wallpapers, ceilings, panels etc (printing canvas, labelling, organising fabrics and samples)
-Customer service: talking one-on-one to clients, resolving issues that may come up. Negotiating with sub-contractors and suppliers. -Planning: Helping to design and execute events and parties and putting together teams to lead events. -Working at events to ensure they run smoothly (these vary from private parties, corporate events, premiers, workshops etc.) -Working as a waitress and/or bar staff at a variety of functions -Office Administration -Marketing, contributing to the company’s online image through blogging, Facebook, twitter etc.
