The company’s mission is to eliminate food waste by enabling retailers to sell their edible surplus to nearby customers via our app. As an Account Executive at Karma I am responsible for sourcing and onboarding new business, developing relationships with national and independent food retailers in order to grow the app’s presence.

Responsible for prospecting new clients and drafting legal pitches directed at major French multinationals. In this role I became confident reaching out to new and existing clients over the phone and by email and articulating the unique offer the firm could provide. In order to identify and highlight why our lawyers should be chosen over rival firms I researched each project thoroughly, identifying credible open source information as well as internal expertise, and demonstrated my flexibility by learning quickly about different sectors and relevant industries with each new client.
