About me
Hello, I’ve been working as a designer in London for the past eight years or so, where I’ve been creating, designing, photographing, collaborating, making, and absorbing everything around me. I’ve managed to get some variation to the work I’ve been doing so I’ve had some experience in branding, editorial, product design, assets for print and web, brochures, flyers, posters, signage, website upkeep & maintenance, copy writing and blog design. I regularly use Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign – The Holy Trinity. I also did a Dreamweaver introduction course a few years ago, but haven't really needed to use it since. I regularly work on html emails, but from a design platform. I've also worked extensively in social media for the last four years taking various seminars including the Propel 'Social Media for Profit' seminar in October 2017. I have first hand experience and understand how to make social media work for a business as a tool to connect to customers, engaging them and not just 'posting because we have to'. I’ve had experience working with major brands and understand the intricacies of brand guidelines. The beauty of experience is knowing when to attempt to push the boundaries of those guidelines to enable growth which can be both challenging and exciting as a designer. I’d really like to join a creative team and work on challenging design briefs. I’m slightly nervous about the term ‘desk job' unless, of course it’s an exciting desk in a really creative environment – then I can live with it.

  • Cutlery Free for Charity Project
Cutlery Free for Charity ProjectTo help reduce our single use plastic impact, we implemented this campaign at all Pod stores.
  • Water Bottle Label Design.
Water Bottle Label Design.Single use plastic bottles are definitely not the answer, but while we're researching alternatives I was given the task of re-designing the Pod water bottle label. I kept it simple, but made the colours a little more vibrant and the messaging as simple as possible.
