About me
I am the holder of an Upper Second-Class Journalism and Media BA (Hons) degree. Qualified football coach for 11 years with six years project management experience. Recently gained skills in social media and website management, after taking on the additional role as my companies social media manager. Manage my own personal blog of written content, providing insight into the football world from my own personal 11 years of experience. Interests are in football, journalism and tech.     Responsible for support the Community Development Manager in leading and evolving the Millwall Community Trust Kicks programme in order to achieve its aims and objectives. ● Responsible for report writing to key partners and stakeholders regarding the progress of the Kicks programme over a sustained period. ● Responsible for delivery of the Millwall Kicks programme across Southwark and Lewisham ● Responsible for quality assurance across all Premier League Kicks activities. ● To represent Millwall Community Trust at a range of internal and external meeting and to promote the project and role. ● Responsible for monitoring budgets, managing income and expenditure streams for the Kicks programme and ensuring the programme remains on budget ● To manage human resource issues for the programme including coaching appraisals, providing staff with equipment and overseeing training and development opportunities ● To oversee the recruitment of the appropriate levels of sessional staff to facilitate the development of the programme. ● Responsible for overseeing the maintenance of a matrix of group participation, average numbers and staff attendance within Kicks Programmes. To monitor all staff qualifications, manage staff confidential files and act as key counter-signatory, for ‘Disclosure Certificates’ through the Criminal Records Bureau. ● To contribute to raising the profile of the MCT Kicks Programme in both traditional and targeted sections of the community.
