  • I am currently the Head Host at Manchester House, Living Ventures award winning restaurant and lounge. As the main point of contact, my role requires a high level of customer service with strong organisational and communication skills to build and maintain great guest relationships especially with top 100 guests and corporates. My responsibilities include managing reservations and all spirit locker accounts, organising financial responsibilities and figures, co-ordinating events, recruitment and administration of new staff whilst assisting the General Manger, Head Chef and Business Development Manager in all general running of the business to deliver only the best customer experience.



Bibi and Mac Boutiques

  • Recognised by Vogue as one of the top boutiques outside of London, Bibi and Mac hosts hand picked collections of designer European Labels. Its reputation is reflected in the clientele it attracts and offers personal shopping as well as private shopping for its celebrity clients. Responsibilities: Whilst I was mainly responsible for in store merchandising and styling an array of clients to find outfits for occasions or their general lifestyle, I have also been fortunate to attend buying appointments for the stores. On a business level I have an extensive knowledge of garment costs and targeted profit ratios. I have also assisted in computerised stock control resulting in a valuable understanding of branding and Sales promotion.
