Reservations Manager & Head Host

I am currently the Head Host at Manchester House, Living Ventures award winning restaurant and lounge. As the main point of contact, my role requires a high level of customer service with strong organisational and communication skills to build and maintain great guest relationships especially with top 100 guests and corporates.
My responsibilities include managing reservations and all spirit locker accounts, organising financial responsibilities and figures, co-ordinating events, recruitment and administration of new staff whilst assisting the General Manger, Head Chef and Business Development Manager in all general running of the business to deliver only the best customer experience.

Clients, from locals to celebrities, are people who enjoy expressing their individuality rather than following a self-conscious status quo and they aren't prepared to sacrifice quality or aesthetics in doing so.
