  Fit MamaLeaflet for a Personal Trainer to target new Mums and postnatal sessions. The illustration concept was to show a multitask woman that new mums could relate to and be inspired. This young woman can still fit exercise in her routine together with so many other things and still shows calmness and control of her life. The work involved a few different leaflets and Instagram picture.
