- Maintain best practices, guidelines and tone of voice, whilst promoting UX writing and copy strategy across the business
- Review the website regularly to understand user behaviour to manage and shape UX copy
- Upload to in-house CMS systems and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Responsible for the transcreation of Italian newsletters
