Supervising and training of new hairstylists on the work floor. I had the responsibility over the growth of several hairstylists at different locations. My job was to inspire them yet at the same time, to educate and learn them all the skills to become a successful entrepreneur and an outstanding hairstylist. Furthermore, it was my job to improve the business in the salons and fulfil the weekly managements tasks.
As an entrepreneur I worked in a salon where my 8 colleagues were also entrepreneurs. In a short period, I built a successful business, kept innovating myself and learned how to react in certain circumstances. I was responsible for several management tasks e.g.; ordering products, sending emails, calling clients and also: hiring and training of new assistants.
4 months of intensive daily training and coaching on personal and technical levels. They taught me, among other things, how to recognize new trends, as well as how to use these trends to inspire and advice customers
During my work here, the salon gave me weekly practical training session to improve my technical skills. In the 4 years I worked in this salon I had grown from an assistant into an allround hairstylist and had build my own clientèle.
