My current role - Delivering user feedback directly from those using the programs, reporting to product owners to develop sites/apps for the client. I have organised feedback from users and delivered this to help create improvements for internal communications. Through assisting with event planning, I have supported relationships with suppliers/venues as well as the client to ensure reward events run smoothly. Providing creative new ideas to fit clients’ needs dependant on location and budget, I am self-motivated and enjoy a challenge. Placing gift voucher and Virgin experience orders for up to 150 users three times a week, I have ensured orders are processed and received correctly. Additionally, on an ad-hoc basis, help users tailor experiences when the given options do not meet their requirements. Additionally, I have processed and proof read data (for profanity) as part of a user satisfaction survey. I have also managed participant care for Asda account, liaising with Asda house and colleagues across the UK to provide website and app assistance.
