PR, Press and Marketing InternLui's
I work in the PR and Marketing department, liaising with magazines, agents, store representatives stylists, and press.
I organised the photoshoots for the SS15 and AW15 collections both for the
lookbook and campaign. I was in charge of finding and keeping in contact with the photographer, MUA and models and making sure that everything and everyone was ready to work according to our tight schedule. I also assisted the art director in all his duties, especially during the time of the photoshoots.
During my time at the brand I learnt to deal with various people from the fashion and beauty industry, magazine world and press, while also keeping our press book up to date and taking care of the garments.
I wrote press releases, PR & press packs and newsletters, and I organised and participated in meetings with agents, buyers and stockists.
I also worked as the Creative Director assistant.
PR & Events Manager Assistant

I worked as the PR and Events manager assistant at Libertine club. We oversaw the production and staging of different kinds of events, from celebrity’s birthday parties to private parties, from music gigs to normal club nights. I took care of the relevant paperwork but I also dealt with the staging and promotion part of the events.
I took care of the accommodation and flights of special guests. I prepared PR materials and publicised events.
