About me
Hello, I’m a Cambridge based digital marketer. I have worked with some amazing brands over the years to help them develop and implement effective marketing strategies that get measurable results.

  • Social Media Strategy and Management
    Social Media Strategy and ManagementI strongly believe customer co-creation is one of the most important factors that has a direct effect on the success of the social media efforts. Prahalad and Ramaswamy defined co-creation as “the joint creation of value by the company and the customer; allowing the customer to co-construct the service experience to suit their context.”  It means that the more customers realise the company is committed to listening, embracing and delivering their requirements, the more they want to be involved. I use small-scale tests to find ways to improve discrete functions and practices, and aim to learn by listening to customers and employees on social media and other relevant platforms. It’s also important to remember that social media works best when it’s part of an integrated marketing communication strategy where social media works together with search, e-mail and content marketing. I’m also co-founder of Gallery Metrics, which provides Instagram users a way to add individual links to their Instagram posts in order to drive traffic and sales. My favourite tools for reporting: Sprout Social and Google Analytics My favourite tools for content design: Adobe Photoshop and Canva  Here is one of my integrated social media campaigns that has been developed for the College:

    Student StoriesVideo is becoming an increasing part of online media consumption. Creating effective student testimonials and course overview videos are key for a  successful video marketing campaign and strategy in higher education sector. They are also essential sources to keep the prospective and current students engaged with the College during their University journey. Here are some of my video projects: BA (Hons) Illustration course overview and CRIC students’ testimonial video. My favourite tool: Adobe Premiere CC
