• Providing central support to the entire Personal Shopping Department; including the manager’s of all Personal Shoppers, F.O.H., Operations, Marketing and the Director of Personal Shopping. • Delivering accurate and prompt weekly reporting including the department’s weekly Trade Report to be presented to heads of the company. • Pulling and analysing figures on brands, categories, personal commission schemes etc. Raising P.O.s, arranging petty cash, IDTs, travel expense reimbursement. • Assisting the department in achieving all KPI’s, successfully achieving our acquisition target, cross-sell and financial target. • Liaising professionally with all relevant departments in-store and with representatives of all Luxury retail brands involved, building valued relationships. Confidently deal with all enquiries, requests and problems and do so by demonstrating initiative • Organising weekly trainings for the Personal Shoppers and Stylists both in-store and off site. Arranging national and international travel independently for Fashion Weeks, Art Basil, Trade shows etc.
