I'm originally from Wales but have lived in London for most my adult life, asides from a brief few years when I travelled and lived in Asia. I am hardworking, creative and a self starter. I am currently working at a new e-commerce Beauty Start-up based in London. I have helped set up this company from the first day. I have worked in researching the market, developing and executing an idea and setting up the company.Once set up I have split my time between product development, managing production and marketing. This job has given me experience is all three of the areas mentioned above and has allowed me to grow and develop project on my own, manage a team and gain access and experience with a wide range of tools, including CRM, Customer Service and Marketing Analytics.

I worked as a ESL teacher for a year. I taught all ages from 4 years old to adults. I also taught corporate classes for companies like Nestle and I also acted as interim senior teacher where I would manage the teaching staff and work with them to develop their skills. I also ran a conversation language event every month. For this I would organise topics, plan and run the event. Teaching taught me how to plan ahead, work to a time schedule and adapt to situations.
