About me
I’m Grace, nice e-meet you! A bit of background, I have completed my degree and graduated from the University of Newcastle (Australia) with a Bachelor of Business/Commerce, majoring in Marketing, Economics, Innovation and Entrepreneurship in April 2019. I have recently moved to London on a T5 2 year Working Holiday Visa and am seeking a steady, interesting and challenging full-time position, where I can grow and learn from marketing teams that have experts within them, as well as offer the skills I have acquired over my years of part/full-time work in both our local retail, real estate and construction industries. I pride myself on high organisational and communication skills, a strong and efficient work ethic, excellent people skills, a high level of intuition, proactivity and attention to detail. From my previous two years’ experience as a Corporate Receptionist and Marketing Co-Ordinator in an extremely fast-paced environment, I have developed the ability to adhere to strict deadlines and balance customer service duties in a variable hybrid role. I obtain an energetic eagerness to learn, complimented by well versed marketing and administrative skills and willingness to go above and beyond for clients and employers, as the role requires.

Between June 2018-Jan2019 - I travelled Europe on a solo trip to discover what is beyond Australia, American and Asia. Returned home and couldn’t find a marketing position in my home town (it’s quite small) so used my skills as a “big sister” to my 3 younger sisters to guide some teenage girls towards landing their first job and having someone to ask to hard life questions to. This helped me become eternally grateful for my family/childhood. Duties: • Provided daily care for young people with complex needs arising from a history of childhood abuse and neglect. • Assisted in creating a unique, family home setting building- daily living skills such as cooking skills, hygiene routines, schooling, sports as well as psychological mentoring. • Completed daily administration activities such as report writing, shift notes, incident reports and liaising with Case Managers to execute case plans for the Youth Person’s future.
