I'm currently working in the heart of the fashion retail industry, in store as part of the visual merchandising team, this is a management role and requires a good understanding of fashion and current and new trends, it also requires excellent communication skills and organisation. I have worked for the retail giant H&M since I was part time at college (since I was 17) and progressed quickly after college through an assesment day which landed me the promotion into management.
