About me
Having over 20years' experience in Executive Education, Greg provides international organisations with clear guidance on the development of their leaders. He previously held positions as Development Consultant, Executive Education - London Business School and Head of Executive Education at The Management School, London.
Greg is motivated by getting to the heart of what it takes to enable individuals to progress to their fullest potential and ambition, with a calm and methodical approach. To understand the industry and clients in greater depth, Greg has focused his career around key areas such as Psychotherapeutic Counselling, Coaching, Sales & Marketing as well as being a member of CIPD (Chartered Institute of Personal Development), CMI member (Chartered Management Institute).
He joined OMA in March 2014 and enjoys interacting with the broad range of client groups, whilst developing new business across the globe. Greg currently manages a team of 10+ colleagues based at their London hub office, covering all aspects from business development, programme design, E-learning, global client management as well as leading teams on large project rollouts.
