Data Researcher (Marketing, Lead Qualification Team): Promoted from the Data Quality Team, I was in charge of the allocation of new business to relevant teams across the legal and tax product range which required the management of multiple projects and coordination with a number of different departments. This included providing both quantitative research and analysis on potential clients’ suitability for products, as well as liaising and corresponding with these clients to discuss their (product) needs. Data Researcher (Marketing, Data Quality Team): Performed contact and account auditing using quantitative desk-based research to collect and verify data and to identify issues or discrepancies which required excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills. I collaborated with international teams to carry out a variety of complex data updates and fixes which I independently managed from start to completion working to deadlines in a timely manner. This required advanced knowledge of using Salesforce, SAP and Excel alongside the rest of the Microsoft Office suite and a number of other integrated internal data source systems.
