Gsus Lopez (Zamora, Spain, 1986) has directed award-winning short films, fashion films and music videos. A highlight is his short OUT (drama/comedy/LGBTQ+) screening at over 50 film festivals worldwide, then premiering online on FOTOGRAMAS (2019) and being included in the FILMIN catalogue.
Since graduating with his BA in Media from the University of the Arts London in 2014, he has obtained a Screenwriting Diploma at the EICTV in Cuba (2019) and has been selected as a member of the BFI Network x BAFTA Crew (2018-22), and Berlinale Talents (2015).
Passionate about celebratory, uplifting, and joyous LGBTQ+ and working-class stories, he's developing a feature film titled THE DAM which has been selected for development in Dissident House, B3 Hessen Lab (Biennial of Moving Image in Frankfurt), ''Islands of Fiction'' – International Screenwriting Residency in the Balearic Islands (2022) and has won the Queer Cine Lab (2023).
He lives in London.

- LITOST (fashion film x Laura Searle Barcelona)SYNOPSIS: LITOST is the name of the debut collection of JINGÜO by LAURA SEARLE (Felicidad Duce Grand Fashion Show 2016, off 080 Barcelona Fashion) and also the title of this fashion film written and directed by Gsus Lopez and set in the near future; in which a group of girlfriends come out of a rural house after a fun weekend and take a group selfie.
