Working on large scale feature films as they went through the visual effects process I oversaw a team of editors in a fast growing, global company. In addition to this long form content production, I worked closely with the marketing team to create short form content showcasing company work output.
During my time at Prime Focus, I created scalable systems and processes to increase efficiency of workflow for working across many teams in multiple timezones. This eliminated single points of failure and better enhanced productivity of the office in London as well as performance globally.
