About me
I am a highly motivated Account Director who has worked on global, national and regional brands. Rather than looking for a “one solution fits all” approach I prefer to use my background in youth leadership to empower teams to think of unconventional solutions. In a culture where people are aware they are trying to be sold something, I think the best way to reach them is to tell an engaging story using tools they have in a way they have never seen before.
I’m not afraid to try new things and will actively seek out new experiences. This has let me to speed down the fastest zip wire in Europe, get thrown out of a white water raft in Colorado and perform plays in front of 80 people. Although I enjoy fitness, I try and go to the gym as little as possible. Instead, I try and do activities such as Bouldering and Krav Maga on a regular basis. This has even led me to giving a Krav Maga demonstration as a fire station (I was invited). I also keep up to date on the latest technological developments; whether it’s electric cards, VR or just the newest phone releases I enjoy by reading blogs, watching video and (more much fun) going into shops and playing with anything I can get my hands on.

• Led a number of new business pitches for global clients including project involving brand repositioning and developing a global creative comms matrix for a dealer-based network
• Led the Suzuki global account, creating integrated global creative campaigns for two of their highest value products

• Supported Allianz Partners in re-defining their strategic positioning and creative articulation to both Business and Consumer clients

• Overhaul of the NOAH website, including the creation of a Japanese language variation
• As Head of Account Management, I introduced new working systems to streamline and optimise the agency process including financial reporting/tracking and operational changes within the Account Management team
Responsibilities
• Overall financial responsibility including; regular financial forecasting, revenue tracking and oversight on client invoicing
• Present creative and strategic ideas to senior stakeholders (including board and C-suite level) in a clear and easy to understand way
• Own the day to day running of number of high-profile accounts from start to finish including establishing strong client relationships with senior stakeholders
• Work with clients from various backgrounds including understanding the cultural nuances of clients in Japan and Japanese based businesses
• Oversight of day to day running of all accounts across the agency and helping the day to day team identify and resolve any potential issues before they occur
• As Head of Account Management, I manage all pastoral care and disciplinary issues within the Account Management team including identifying areas where team members require professional development and offer training opportunities
