About me

I have over 25 years of experience in the design industry, working both in the UK and internationally. I am a experienced Designer / Manager / Art Director with an outstanding design eye and commercial acumen. Retail has been a strong theme in my career to date and I have worked with both new and established brands to build and manage campaigns across all media. I have a particular strength in helping brands position themselves internationally and have won awards for translating UK identities to international markets. I have experience within a diverse range of major fashion retail brands, both in the UK and internationally.  I am a natural team leader with significant management experience, able to inspire and motivate. Also with the strength of character to be a strong creative lead who can express my views when collaborating with my team, seniors and clients. I have a proven ability to implement high quality, innovative solutions and manage others from design teams to photographic crews. My CV sets out my extensive experience including:   • Experience in all aspects of Brand Management, in-store environments, P.O.S to packaging, bags, swing tags to brochures, catalogues and press / PR promotion.  • Art Direction of photo-shoots from concept, putting teams together, oversight and art direction, to submission of final retouched edits. • Retail windows, concept to working to final implementation • Fully understanding the 360 process required. All of which I can originate from concept to final delivery. • I especially relish the research process, looking for inspiration and forecasting new trends. Then sharing the information with my peers and to relevant parties.
