Recognised as one of Campaign Magazine's Digitial Mavericks in 2016, an award for women changing the face of digital marketing. Winner of Women's Sport Trust Photographer/Videographer of the year 2017, recognising individuals and organisations doing the most to progress women’s sport. Hannah Bailey has been working in action sports communications and content for over 9 years. The focus of much of her work has been to encourage female participation in action sports and increase the representation of female athletes in the media – both of which she believes break stereotypes, address issues of inappropriate female representation in the media and encourage mental well-being. She is also the founder of Tie Dye High Five, workshops and collabs designed to make the world a brighter place.

- Tie Dye High FiveThese days, we are living at the height of consumerism, in a society ruled by instant gratification, always looking for the next thing to buy or way to look defined by corporations and marketing. Fast fashion is on the rise and is a major contributor to carbon emissions, landfill waste, and poor working conditions for fellow human beings - all for us to wear a new piece of clothing one or two times. Not only have we lost our respect for people and the environment but our creativity too... Bu

In 2012, I started Tie Dye High Five. The aim was to launch a series of tie-dye workshops, events and collaboratory projects aimed at making the world a brighter place and taking on the pre-tie-dyed products in stores. In a pop-up sense, it would be something different for people to do at events. A great outlet for creativity for all ages, it was a big success at its launch at Boxpark in London in 2013.
Since then, Tie Dye High Five has collaborated with brands such as Monkee Jeans, Vans, Surfdome and Converse Accessories, as well as put on special workshops for The Reason, Proud Camden, Boardmasters and Cooler Mag. The workshops have taken the team to France, Austria, Cambodia and beyond. Featured in British Vogue, Women's Fitness, Oh Comely, Huck and more.
Tie Dye High Five aims to make the world a brighter place. The workshops have fundraised for charity Youngminds, and we have gone to Great Ormond Street to craft with patients there. We also put on workshops in Cambodia with the non-profit Skateistan. We encourage people to bring their own fabrics to upcycle and this year our workshops are going plastic free! We want Tie Dye High Five to do good for the world.

The women shaking up digital marketing. Meet the new breed of Digital Mavericks: the women driving digital development on their own terms. Defying the trend that sees so many drop out of the digital sector mid-career, these innovators are making digital a source for social good as well as profit. Many come from non-marketing backgrounds and credit that with helping them to 'think differently'. While they are a varied group, they do share some things in common - interests outside of digital that give them a unique slant on their working life and a commitment to helping others succeed.
